REFORMER PILATES
Reformer Pilates in Delft
An effective Body & Mind training that brings your whole body into balance. For everyone and every level.
WHAT IT IS
Reformer Pilates exactly?
The Reformer is a training bench developed in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates. It consists of a sliding platform (the carriage) that moves on a frame. This apparatus provides resistance through springs, ropes with loops and a footbar.
In a 50-minute class you go through a varied programme covering all muscle groups. Every movement is performed consciously and with control. You mainly train the deeper muscles that support your posture.
