Yes, a controlled and calm but intensive training focused on strength, stability, coordination and flexibility. When the cardio trampoline is used the class is dynamic.
Yes, all classes are mixed. You are welcome regardless of gender.
A maximum of 4 people per class. For the class to go ahead at least 3 participants are preferred. With two participants a 30-minute duo class is offered as an alternative.
Absolutely. We always start with at least one private class in which you learn the basics.
No. You will benefit because you already know the basic principles, but the Reformer bench has to be learned first through a private class.
No. The Reformer gives your body feedback and the guidance helps you through the movement. The right resistance can be set for every participant.
Yes, if your therapist agrees. Jolanda is trained to guide people who have had breast cancer.
Definitely, if your therapist agrees. Jolanda is broadly trained in Pilates for back problems and hip/knee issues.
We work with various props: balls, Pilates ring, blocks, peanuts, balance cushions, resistance bands and the Spinefitter. The cardio trampoline on the Reformer can also be used.
Grip socks (mandatory), a towel and water. Grip socks can be borrowed or purchased in the studio for € 18.95.
Once a week is a good start, twice a week gives faster results.
Booking and cancelling is done through the booking system in the Pilates Delft app. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the class.
Preferably close-fitting sportswear without zippers on the lower back (to prevent damage to the bench). Please come in sportswear.
At Delftstede on the Phoenixstraat there is paid parking in the Phoenixgarage or the Prinsenhofgarage, both within walking distance.
